Start the SQL server and select the Enterprise Manager (This would take you to the menu name Console Root).
Click on the left side pane to expand the tree.
Right click on the database icon and choose create new database (The Database Properties window will pop up as shown in figure 1).

Name your database, in CCI case, the name should read "CCI_Calendar". Click OK (You will not be notified of database creation with any window messages; however, after few seconds, you will see CCI calendar database icon created on the left pane).
